Salary: £48,000 Per Annum (+ Car + Comm)

About the Role:
You will be responsible for further developing the database and selling your services to businesses within your designated geographical area while achieving both activity and financial targets set.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the recruitment database.
2. Sell recruitment services to businesses.
3. Achieve activity and financial targets.

Communication, empathy, sales and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management, and professionalism are all qualities needed to succeed in this role.
