Sales Advisor Beyond Beauty – 29 Hours

Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Sales Advisor to join its thriving Beyond Beauty team in Bristol. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you. As the new Sales Advisor, you will work 29 hours a week starting on a rota basis, including some weekends. The rate of pay for this role is £11.44 per hour.

About the role…

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

• Provide expert beauty advice about our brands to our customers
• Deliver a memorable 5* customer experience
• Be a proud ambassador for the brand and ensure you are maximizing sales to our customers
• Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised well
• Know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current/future trends
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
