In this role, you will play a significant role in driving automation and simplification to Identity & Access Management (IAM) within VMO2, while handling efficiencies of the day-to-day operations.
Working closely with the Head of Enterprise IT, you will define, develop, and be responsible for the IAM strategy. You will work alongside strategic partners to help drive automation of our complex estate, while improving the overall Employee Experience. You will also maintain the operational excellence of our IAM systems, services and fulfilment, leading availability of our systems, services, and resources. Ensuring resilience is in place for business continuity, while owning the security and continuous development of your responsible area.
You'll be responsible for ensuring programmes are delivered on time and of quality and ensure 3rd party vendors/suppliers are providing VMO2 a high-quality service. In addition, you will be encouraged to interact with the LG and TEF Organisations who provide services to VMO2.
