Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of risk incidents and escalation processes
• Conduct risk and control assessments to identify emerging risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place
• Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of controls
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and key metrics for senior stakeholders
• Support operational resilience planning and business continuity initiatives
• Contribute to the integration of new business activities into the enterprise risk framework
• Assist with embedding regulatory requirements such as DORA

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management, ideally within financial services or payments
• Strong working knowledge of operational risk frameworks and control testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Operational Resilience and DORA regulations
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Confident in challenging senior stakeholders and driving remediation activities
• Experience using GRC platforms and maintaining Risk Registers
