About The Role
To create work that's high quality, on brand, on brief, and on deadline. You're able to write copy that engages, tells a story, and speaks to the consumer whether it's for a full campaign, brand guidelines, or web banner headline.
You're someone who is excited and knowledgeable about the creative industry and you inspire those around you. You're able to see a project through from brief through to execution. You collaborate with the wider teams in a way that elevates the perception of Studios across the business. You understand Studio's values and put them into practice.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Highly conceptual and able to see a campaign idea through to all touchpoints ie. video, print, POS, Digital, Social, PR etc.
- Highly strategic and able to see the big picture as well as understand the nuances of each brand's target consumer.
- Able to write engaging copy that is able to emotionally connect.
- Excellent storytelling ability.
- Ensure all of the work you create is idea-driven, high-quality, on brand, on brief, on strategy, and meets the deadline.
- Have a strong eye for detail.
- Support your CL and CD where needed.
- Able to take feedback and make amends accordingly.
- Consistently developing your skills.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Create strong relationships with brand/marketing.
- Follow Studio's systems and processes. Make sure your team is following these systems and processes as well.
- Attend relevant creative or client meetings leading when necessary.
- Communicate effectively.
- Effectively present proposals and pitches to stakeholders and external clients.
- Work at pace and be reactive when needed.
- Make sure the work you create has been QC'd by you and your CL or CD.
- Make CD aware of any information missing on briefs.
- Work smarter through workflow, process, efficiency, and time management.
- Responsible for helping positively impact the Studio's reputation inside and outside of THG.
- Be an example of Studio's values.
- Work with PM's to make sure you're meeting project deliverables and deadlines.
- Keep up to date with the industry and the sector you're working within.
- Be proactive and organized.
- Continually look to improve your own skillset.
- Responsible for meeting your own personal objectives and KPIs agreed with your line manager.
