Requirements
How you'll grow:
Qodea has significant growth plans, and the Finance Team will need to grow in order to cope with the demand that comes with scaling to the extent our ambitious Leadership Team is planning for. There could be scope for the individual we hire to take on new team members in the future. There may also be scope for you to take on more responsibilities and learn new skills if you're willing and eager to get exposure to other aspects of commercial accounting.
Location:
This role will be on a hybrid basis. Most of our Finance Team is based in Manchester and works from the Manchester office on a fairly regular basis. Though there is no mandatory expectation for the role-holder to work in the office every week, it would be preferable for 1-2 days per week in the office to aid in collaborating with wider team members. We will therefore be prioritising applications from candidates that leave a reasonable commuting distance from Manchester.
