Are you a senior operations leader with pan-European experience and a track record of scaling restaurant or retail brands at pace?

I am looking for a Chief Operating Officer for a fast-growing, mission-led hospitality group that’s redefining how Europe eats. With strong backing and an ambitious expansion roadmap, the brand is now entering a major growth phase, and we're looking for an exceptional operator to lead it.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the international rollout strategy across new and existing European territories
Building and professionalising operational frameworks, systems, and processes to scale efficiently
Hiring, mentoring, and developing country-level GMs and senior operations teams
Owning the P&L across multiple markets and ensuring consistent profitability and performance
Driving excellence in customer experience, supply chain, and compliance
Working closely with founders, investors, and other execs to align growth plans with the brand vision

We’re looking for someone who:

Has successfully opened 100+ sites (restaurants or fast-casual retail) across Europe
Brings experience in both corporate and founder-led/scale-up environments
Understands how to adapt operations to diverse regional and cultural markets
Is comfortable building structure from the ground up, but also leading at scale
Has strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
Can balance high growth with operational excellence and brand protection
