Are you a time served electrician looking to pass on your knowledge to the future generations? Are you an experienced trainer that has worked with apprentices on the City & Guilds 5357 programme? An excellent opportunity has arisen to be part of the Steve Willis Training Apprenticeships Team providing Electrotechnical training for their Level 3 apprenticeship programme. Actively playing a key part within the Electrical team, delivering high quality training, supporting our learners and all stakeholders throughout their journey.
Location: Based at our Burgess Hill Centre
Line report: Electrotechnical Curriculum Leader.
Working week: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between (Apply online only).
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, professional, flexible, approachable, assertive & dedicated.
Excellent verbal communication skills, well-organised, willing to support others, team player, mentoring skills, functional ICT skills and strong written communication skills. SWT uses APTEM for our apprenticeship provision, full training will be given to the successful candidate.
