Salary: up to £65k base (Inclusive of Car Allowance) + Commission (OTE £100k+) & Benefits

Due to their continued expansion, they are looking for a New Business BDM to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Driving growth of the business to new customers
Generating new leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline
Effectively communicate with potential new customers to drive both continued revenue, profit growth and increased engagement
A proven ability to put the customer’s requirements at the heart of what we do, striving to deliver high quality customer service at all times
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, quickly addressing their needs and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly
Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations
Negotiating and finalising contracts with prospective customers
Visiting customer/potential customers to promote the company services
Understanding and promoting the company strategy
Establishing key contacts, relationships and connections across the wider sector
Developing a deep understanding of the customers’ business including group and extended opportunities, competitive influences on the business, networking
Ensuring potential customers are aware of the latest solutions
