Building Regulations ‘Principal Designer‘ Architect for Vibrant Design Practice

You will be an Architect with extensive experience delivering excellent quality projects. The primary purpose of the position is to offer Building Regulations Principal Designer services across a variety of sectors. The successful candidate will be experienced in their understanding of the implications of the Building Safety Act 2022 and will have the confidence to coordinate teams and consultants delivering complex projects. The position will develop over time and the Principal Designer will ensure that the responsibilities and compliance for the business are adhered to, to the benefit of clients, the overall business, and the design teams. The successful candidate will encourage practice-wide information sharing and learning, along with advice promoting compliance and best practice ensuring that all design team members work collaboratively and successfully to promote the best outcomes for the business.
