Our client, an accounts outsource provider for multiple recruitment businesses, are seeking an ambitious management accountant for their growing team. They are looking for someone well-rounded, who's not afraid to get their hands dirty.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the entire accounting process from start to finish for various clients.
Oversee and manage the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Manage the contractor payroll process, ensuring contractors are paid accurately and on time.
Monitor and manage credit control, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
Perform Balance sheet reconciliations and PnL reconciliations.
Experience Required:
Recruitment sector experience is desirable.
2+ years Management Accounts experience.
Strong Excel skills is desirable.
Exposure to multiple different accountancy software's.
