About the role: Early Years Practitioner

We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Apprentice. If you are the sort of person who has a genuine loving and nurturing personality and continually strives to be the best they can be, and you feel you have the ability to get the best out of the children each and every day we are the nursery for you.

You will be required to work 37 hours a week on a rota shift system.

What do you need to be successful as an Early Years Practitioner at Activate Learning?

  • It is desirable if you have experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years but this is not essential.
  • Up to date knowledge and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum is preferred, but not essential.
  • Level 2 Safeguarding qualification is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will also have excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing high quality childcare, and will benefit from being part of a supportive team, working in a varied and interesting role with a variety of opportunities for career development.
