The TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team is in charge of managing Partner - agencies who service merchants and are responsible for partners' performance.
We are looking for an experienced account manager to onboard, incubate and support Partners. As the TSP Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and driving the TSP ecosystem.
The role as a TSP Account Manager is to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem through business development, training and project management. This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSP's with merchants on the platform. This candidate will take part in onboarding and education of partners, from smaller TikTok savvy agencies to 'big six' media companies. You will become an expert on social commerce to support our partners and help them to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform. The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on the platform.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in partnership development and account management
- Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
- Data driven; an analytical thinker experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Have a strategic mindset and high curiosity to deeply understand the inner workings of social commerce
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Self-starter, rapid learner and able to navigate fast-paced work environments and to thrive
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising work based on the needs of the business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great at building trusted relationships with platform partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in account management within tech companies, commerce platforms, or agencies is preferred.
- Established network within agency contacts across creative, social, production, or influencer agencies.
- Creative thinker with a knack for devising innovative strategies.
