Our client, a major international investment bank, is seeking a hire at SVP or Director to lead on Private Asset Valuation and Due Diligence across its Financing and Trading businesses.

The role will work closely with several teams that both deploy capital & trade within Private Assets across Developed and Emerging markets.

We need an individual with ideally a broad exposure to valuation and due diligence of private assets (Debt & Equity) who will be able to work across multiple transactions to offer expertise and insight supporting the execution of multiple transactions.

The individual will also need an Origination mindset and have strong client-facing skills as the role is likely to give the incumbent opportunities to develop the role to include Origination as well as the Valuation responsibilities.

We are looking for someone working in a Valuation & Due Diligence focused role with a Bank or Advisory firm (big 4 likely) who has significant and broad Private Asset Valuation exposure as well as a strong commercial mindset and client-facing skills (internal & external).
