About Our Client
Our client is a well-known national law firm. The team is known for their work in the Real Estate sector, specifically working on commercial and residential real estate disputes/property litigation, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant litigation and acts for investors, developers, retailers, and corporate occupiers managing their national property portfolios. As a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor, you will join our client's national team of 3 partners and 13 other fee earners.
Job Description
As a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor, you will work closely with the team nationally and will be involved in high-value and complex legal cases, managing your own caseload with support from senior team members where required, while also collaborating as part of a team for larger projects. You will work alongside other team members with colleagues in our national Restructuring and Insolvency team, acting for Law of Property Act Receivers and high street banks dealing with both insolvency-related property litigation and high-value complex mortgage litigation. Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organized and able to work pragmatically. You must be technically excellent with relevant market experience and will be required to support colleagues with the continued development and growth of this successful team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Real Estate Disputes Solicitor should have between 1-4 PQE. Please note that the level of experience identified in the advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
