Responsibilities

As a retail colleague, you will play a pivotal role in making sure that our shops offer a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports and play gaming machines. Day-to-day, you will process customer bets, ensuring they enjoy our products and services responsibly, help with their enquiries, and maintain shop standards. After a period of training, you will also deputise for the Shop Manager. Being socially responsible is very important to us and a key part of your role will be to ensure that all our customers are betting within their means, and that our ‘Think 21’ policy is always followed.

Skills & Experience

You must be 18 or over to work in one of our betting shops. Whilst an interest in sports and betting is an advantage, no prior experience is needed as we provide a structured training programme to give you the support and confidence you need to flourish as an Assistant Sales Manager. We will also provide you with access to further training and development opportunities as we are real supporters of internal progression.
