We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Chef De Partie based at Southbank Centre Hospitality.

Location: Southbank Centre
Rate of Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days

Key Responsibilities:

• An all-rounder chef at Senior CDP level preferably with experience in hospitality events and large numbers, confident with different styles of cooking and cuisines.
• Able to work under his own initiative as well as part of a team while also willing to follow instructions according to business needs.
• Flexible and able to endure and work under pressure.
• Ensure the smooth run of kitchen operations and service, with a focus on events.
• Liaise with the Head Chef to deliver the best quality food according to company standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleaning, food safety and health and safety.
