GSL Education are seeking a reliable and motivatedSupply Teacherto provide cover across a range of subjects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to contribute to a dynamic school community while ensuring continuity of education for students.

About the Role:

As aSupply Teacher, you will step into the classroom and maintain a high standard of education in the absence of regular teaching staff. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that students stay engaged and on task. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a flexible environment and enjoys variety in their daily teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Adapt and support students with different learning needs.
• Report on student progress and behaviour to the relevant staff.
• Ensure continuity and consistency in the students' learning experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working as aSupply Teacheror in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
