What you will do:

1. Work autonomously to provide specialized patient assessments, including those with complex presentations, and formulate specialist therapy management plans.
2. Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Hand Therapy service, ensuring high-quality care for diverse hand-related conditions.
3. Supervise and support less experienced Hand Therapy staff, assistants, and students, fostering an engaging and educational environment.

5. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and HCPC guidelines.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of two years' experience in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, with a focus on hand therapy, is required.
2. A car driver is preferable but not essential, as you may work across multiple sites.
