We're looking for a Community Manager or Director to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within a social agency, driving social-first strategies and engagement for some of the world's biggest brands.

In this role, you'll oversee community strategy, content execution, and platform innovation, ensuring brands stay ahead of trends and build meaningful connections with their audiences. You'll lead a team of community experts, working closely with creatives, strategists, and analysts to craft world-class social experiences that spark conversation and drive brand advocacy.

If you live and breathe TikTok trends, Twitter threads, LinkedIn thought leadership, and Instagram aesthetics-this is the role for you.

The Role

  • Community Leadership - Oversee and manage social-first community strategies for global brands, ensuring authentic and engaging interactions.
  • Content & Editorial Vision - Develop compelling editorial themes, calendars, and guidelines to drive consistent, high-impact storytelling across platforms.
  • Client Partnership - Act as a trusted advisor, leading client communications on all things social, platform, and community-related.
  • Innovation & Trend Spotting - Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours to continually push boundaries in social engagement.
  • Strategy & Execution - Drive organic social activations, campaign initiatives, and reactive content ideas from ideation through to execution.
  • Moderation & Engagement - Lead best-in-class community management, fostering connections and conversations that build brand love and loyalty.
  • Performance & Insights - Use analytics tools to track, report, and optimize content performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a team of community experts, fostering collaboration and creativity.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing within an agency or brand environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and mentoring talent.
  • Deep platform expertise, with an in-depth understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices across channels.
  • Editorial excellence, with strong copywriting skills and experience developing multi-channel content strategies.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • A collaborative approach, working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and insights teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Cultural curiosity, with a finger on the pulse of gaming, entertainment, technology, and digital culture.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and paid social is a bonus but not essential.
