They are looking for an Account Manager – IT & Technology Sales to join their team in Woodbridge, Suffolk on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is based in their office situated at Deben Mill Business Centre in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

About the role:
As an Account Manager – IT & Technology Sales, you will liaise between their technical teams and a diverse portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will involve client relationship management and sales growth, collaboration with technical and business development teams, and reporting KPI’s. Your success will be quantified through clear KPIs focusing on client engagement, retention, and revenue expansion. Whilst the core focus of this role is on client success and account growth, you will also have flexible involvement in marketing for those with the skills in that area, including supporting marketing campaigns and collaborating with the marketing team. In this role, your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. After probation, there will be the opportunity for flexible hybrid working.

About you:
You should have a proven track record of 2+ years in account management, sales, or client success within a tech, MSP, or IT services environment. Strong commercial acumen is essential, with a keen ability to identify and convert business opportunities. Being tech-savvy with familiarity in modern IT services, including cloud technologies and cybersecurity measures, is crucial. Proficiency with CRM tools and a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle in a service-led business is expected. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are a must. You should be highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving. A keen listener with the ability to translate client needs into actionable IT solutions, along with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, will make you a great fit for this role. A full UK driving licence will also be required for this role.
