  • Motivated to achieve budgetary targets.
  • Liaising effectively with the Kitchen and Head Chefs regarding menus, feedback, and upcoming bookings.
  • Dealing with customer queries and issues.
  • Monitoring rotas to ensure staffing levels are correct.
  • Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
Requirements for the Floor Manager:
  • The successful candidate must have previous restaurant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

  • An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
  • Our managers work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
Benefits for the Floor Manager:

As well as a generous package, we also offer:

  • Participation in the TiPJAR tronc account that pays weekly (adding at least 4k in earnings a year).
  • Healthcare cash back plan with perks.
  • Staff discount in our restaurants (50% for you and up to 3 guests).
