About Our Client

PageGroup are delighted to partner with a leading Retail organisation based in Redditch to appoint an Internal Recruiter to join a fast-paced and busy in-house recruitment team dealing with high-volume roles for their large head office/support centre.

This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days office and 2 home per week.

Job Description

Reporting to a Resourcing Business Partner, the role of Internal Recruiter will support with a wide range of Head Office/Support Centre roles. You will have a proactive approach and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with hiring managers across all divisions in the Head Office and Support functions - providing advice and guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Proactive approach to sourcing candidates as well as talent pipelining for future roles.
  • Recruitment Administration - posting adverts, arranging interviews, updating candidate records, etc.
  • Support with continuous improvement within the team, providing innovative ideas to improve processes and procedures.
  • Support with projects such as EVP, candidate engagement, social media strategy, ATS management, ED&I, etc.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Managing agency relationships.
  • Data Driven Decisions - utilize recruitment data to suggest improvements and identify trends.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.

Applicants will be considered from either agency or previous in-house backgrounds.

You will demonstrate a proactive approach to sourcing with the ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships and be passionate about a high-quality candidate experience.

Additionally, you will be driven to improve processes and procedures.
