Job description

Have you worked in a busy parts environment before and had experience helping and supporting customers? Have you worked in the truck or automotive industry before?

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Sheffield on a full-time, permanent basis.

No two days will be the same in this role; one minute you could be involved in solving complex parts-related queries, and the next, you could be promoting further parts sales in the branch. You will have the opportunity to not only identify truck, van, or coach parts as queries come in, but also make sure we hold all the stock we need to maintain the smooth running of the parts department within the branch operation.

In order to be the right person for us, you will have a good analytical brain, be proactive in maintaining customer service standards while promoting our services and products to maximize all sales opportunities, and have a keen attention to detail. It would be a real advantage if you have had experience working in the truck industry; however, even coming from the automotive world would help, as the rest we can teach. You will be methodical, have the ability to problem-solve, and be a strong administrator, as you will need to ensure all the corresponding paperwork is up to date.
