Customer Care Advisor

Our client, a leading M&E HVAC supplier, is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join their dynamic team in Salfords. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships, and supporting a positive customer experience.

What's on Offer:

Salary of £27,000 - £29,000pa (dependent on experience).
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Address customer queries via telephone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using the company CRM.
3. Handle customer complaints effectively, raising case issues and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
4. Provide customers with information about products, services, and company policies.
5. Assist customers with orders, account management, and refunds.
6. Meet & exceed KPIs by answering calls within 15 seconds and responding to emails efficiently.
7. Build strong relationships with customers & tradespeople.
