Job Description:

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding niche law firm specialising in non-contentious legal services for multinational clients across sectors such as B2B Commercial, Technology, Construction & Engineering, and Facilities Management. Due to our continued growth and global engagement, we are seeking ambitious, high-energy individuals with impeccable integrity to join our team.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be responsible for legal matters including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in high-level negotiation discussions.
  • Feel comfortable working with both internal teams and external counsels on a variety of legal matters.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Be driven by ambition and possess a high level of commercial acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to various internal departments and external clients.
  • Collaborate with other solicitors and external counsels as required.
  • Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements.
  • Take proactive measures to identify and mitigate legal risks and conflicts.
  • Engage daily with international clients and counterparts across the UK, Europe, the US, LATAM, and APAC regions.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (Newly Qualified to 1 Year PQE preferred).
  • Strong experience in commercial and contract law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ambition to lead and contribute to a long-term, impactful project.
