Senior Manager – Corporate Tax – 28196

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

• You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients across UK listed, PE backed, inbound and family-owned groups, and take on a variety of advisory projects, including tax structuring, domestic tax advice, and international advice.
• Managing the successful delivery of technically excellent advice including: tax structuring, refinancing, legal structure optimisation, pre/post transaction reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, compliance work, and providing technical support to the wider corporate tax team.
• Liaising with specialists in other departments and overseas offices to oversee their input into tax advisory projects.
• ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualified with strong corporate tax and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to develop, coach, and lead staff, as well as manage stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required in addition to strong oral and written communication skills.
• Well-developed analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice.
