Role overview:

Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit 4 Funds Paralegals to join its London office, 3 on a permanent basis and one 9 month FTC. The role will involve trainee level work assisting with a number of deals in the busy funds team, supporting 10 Partners, 37 Associates and Counsel. This firm has been known to promote Paralegals internally via their TC programme, so progression is a possibility for the right candidate!

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous funds paralegal experience, ideally gained from a similar US law firm environment, and will ideally hold the LPC/SQE1. Candidates must be flexible with regards to working long hours, as the team is busy and overtime will be required. The firm offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
