Because of their growth and expansion, this firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer with 5yrs+ PQE to join their Chichester office in West Sussex.

• This firm has a keen focus on long lasting relationships, meaning that employees are encouraged to visit clients, and their teams boasts partners and solicitors formerly of London and other top firms, meaning that their training is amongst the best in the South East.
• Working closely with several Partners, you will be undertaking a high-quality commercial property caseload to include development, acquisitions, plot sales disposals, planning agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (5yrs+ PQE)
• You will have a great eye for detail
• You will be ambitious and dynamic
• You will be an excellent team player
