Location: Exeter

Role: Export Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 P/A

Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am - 5:30pm

Job Description:

An Export Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the export of goods to international markets. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and customs officials, to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of products. The Export Coordinator must ensure compliance with local and international export laws and regulations, prepare and review necessary documentation, and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting customers
  • Liaising with hauliers / shipping lines
  • Completing shipments from start to finish
  • Day to day handling of shipments/updating customers
  • Managing workload
  • Answering customers/queries emails in a timely manner
  • Invoicing & closing down shipments

You must have experience within the freight industry and exporting of goods to apply for this role; full training will be provided but that is a need.
