McBreen Environmental is seeking a Maintenance & Workshop Technician to join our team in Worcester. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our yard, supporting mechanical operations, and ensuring Health & Safety equipment (H&S) compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the yard and workshop, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Take responsibility for Health & Safety (H&S) equipment, ensuring proper upkeep and availability.
• Assist the mechanic with vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Organize and check tools, equipment, and workshop supplies.
• Support operational teams with general maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a yard, workshop, or maintenance role is desirable but not essential.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience assisting in vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety protocols.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
