Job Description

• Leading the finance department and providing strategic financial guidance.
• Overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company.
• Ensuring all financial reports are accurate and timely.
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Assisting in the preparation of the company's budget and financial planning.
• Providing financial analysis and strategic advice to the senior management team.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Finance Manager should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
