As part of a specialist Marketing Finance Team, you will lead a team of analysts, support high-level financial decision-making, and work with key stakeholders across 20+ European markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales and Finance Analysts, driving performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement project profitability evaluation processes.
• Provide expert financial analysis and strategic planning insights.
• Oversee cost recognition, forecasting, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits & financial controls.

Skills Needed

• 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce ideally).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field ideally.
