As Head of Faculty - Maths, you will:

Lead and manage the mathematics department, driving high standards of teaching and learning.
Develop and implement an engaging and ambitious maths curriculum.
Support and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
Monitor student progress, using data to drive improvements in attainment.
Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to whole-school improvement.
Play a key role in developing the academy's Horizons project, which provides every student with a dedicated iPad to enhance learning through online and interactive technology.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong track record of success in teaching maths.
Proven leadership experience within a school setting.
A passion for developing innovative teaching strategies to engage all learners.
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
A commitment to raising aspirations and achieving outstanding results.
