About Our Client

Our client is a respected Not For Profit organisation based in London.

Job Description

  1. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.
  2. Providing leadership on the Charity's approach to business continuity, data protection, financial management and accounting.
  3. Working effectively with the CEO and other members of Exec Team to contribute to organisation-wide policy, strategy and management, including the provision of timely and accurate financial information to support delivery of core objectives.
  4. Leading the development and delivery of effective strategic and operational forecasting, planning, monitoring and reporting to support Exec Team and Board decision-making.
  5. Leading the Corporate Services directorate, providing direction, focus and motivation to support the achievement of objectives, including developing a high performing team that meets through supervision, appraisal and improvement processes where required.
  6. Enhancing personal capability by undertaking continuous personal development activity and maintaining up to date knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

  1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  2. Professional finance or accounting certifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent).
  3. Proven experience in a leadership role within the finance department.
  4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a Not For Profit environment.

What's on Offer

  1. £450-550pd depending on experience.
  2. 1 day in the office per week.
  3. 6-12 months.
