At Beebe Healthcare, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care, and we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic PACU RN Manager to lead our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Same Day Surgery (SDS) team. Role Overview:
As the PACU RN Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, organization, and oversight of the PACU and SDS departments. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, maintaining fiscal responsibility, and driving performance improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations. This leadership role requires collaboration across departments, effective communication, and the ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of PACU and SDS operations, including patient care delivery, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Oversee performance improvement activities, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Act as a clinical resource, ensuring high standards of patient care and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct PI audits and participate in risk management processes to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various monitoring systems and ensure staff competency in their use.
- Manage personnel processes, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and accountability within the department.
Qualifications
Will consider candidates with five years relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds, training, and experience. Emergency Department, Critical Care, or PACU Nursing experience is preferred.
Prior nursing leadership experience is highly preferred.

- Has skills to provide customer service to patients, team members, and visitors
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Health Records

Credentials
Essential:
- RN - Registered Nurse
- BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
Education
Essential:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Magnet Recognition)
