Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our team, starting on May 1st, 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality education to our Year 4 students, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 students.
  2. Mark and provide constructive feedback on students' work to support their progress.
  3. Keep classroom displays up to date, creating a stimulating and welcoming learning environment.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and high standards across the curriculum.
  5. Attend regular meetings and professional development sessions.
  6. Engage with parents and carers to keep them informed about student progress and school activities.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  2. Enhanced Child & Adult DBS.
  3. Experience teaching at primary level.
  4. Strong planning, marking, and classroom management skills.
  5. Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
