The Role:

As a Print Buyer, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing print campaigns to meet client requirements. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the procurement of marketing print, large-format print, and promotional merchandise

- Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timelines

- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

- Ensuring all campaigns are delivered efficiently and profitably

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a Print Buyer who is detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused, with the following experience and skills:

- In-depth knowledge of print (experience in promotional merchandise is a bonus)

- A proven track record in print buying, procurement, or production management

- Strong organizational and negotiation skills

- Familiarity with MIS systems, Word, and Excel

- The ability to problem-solve and find cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
