£25-30,000 (Dependent on Experience)

A well-established niche SEN Recruitment Consultancy is currently recruiting for a self-motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their successful and expanding team in their modern Manchester Office.

This is a 360 recruitment role where you will be responsible for business development, conducting face-to-face visits with clients and other stakeholders, recruiting candidates, and interviewing.

Therefore, you will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in education and/or social care being advantageous. Strong business development skills, a proven track record in sales, and strong communication skills are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Recruitment or sales experience
• Education/social care industry background
• Experience in working towards targets and KPIs
• Confidence in developing new business from scratch
• Confidence in doing telesales and face-to-face visits
