Job description

Nexus Resource Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established engineering and fabrication specialist. We require time served Platers for permanent roles.

The Role

As a time served Plater you'll be marking out, cutting and burning heavy plate and beams. Assembling and fitting from drawings.

Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for people who are used to fabricating structures within Nuclear, Marine, Oil & Gas or structural engineering industries.

1. You'll be working on medium to heavy structures
2. Cutting, burning and forming steel from drawings

Rates: LTD/Umbrella

1. Up to £18ph basic
2. Time and a half-Mon-Sat
3. Double on Sundays
4. Mon-Fri
5. 7.30am-4.15pm Mon-Thu
6. Early finish on Fridays
7. 38hr week
8. Overtime available
