We have an exciting opportunity for someone to take on the role of Senior Business Analyst in our Transformation Strategy team in CTO. This role would be well suited for a dynamic candidate with experience in large-scale transformation programmes and a basic understanding of the telecoms sector and associated technologies.

Reporting directly into the Head of Transformation Strategy, you will be instrumental in shaping, driving and reporting on all aspects of our CTO transformation portfolio. You'll engage, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders, crafting the future of our business and technology landscape. We are on a multi-year Transformation journey, and we're building our team out to enable that.

The must haves
  • Proven experience of business analysis in a multi-disciplined and technical environment, as well as portfolio reporting for large-scale transformation
  • Successful delivery of sophisticated, cross-functional business change projects from start-up to implementation.
  • Experience of defining analysis approach and planning the business analysis workstream including identification of results & tasks, estimating resources and breakthroughs.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis tools & modelling techniques
  • Experience in building reports for exec-level stakeholders and an ability to communicate the crucial information effectively.
The other stuff we are looking for
  • Experience with key network topics such as 5G, FTTP and digital transformation, including network automation.
  • Long term enablement of data democratisation and usage, supporting the digital agendas, leading to AI and other similar technology usage.
  • Confident delivering throughout ambiguity and mass organisational change.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with various business units, ensuring network initiatives are tightly aligned with overall business goals.
