Base pay range

An international Energy Management & Solution organisation is currently looking for a Head of Sales. The company supports property owners, allowing them to manage and cut carbon emissions. Data is at the core of what the company does, helping multi-site organisations manage their energy. The company purchases and manages energy as well as offering energy management solutions. They offer a comprehensive spectrum of services, bringing new technologies to the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute a commercial sales strategy
  • Manage sales & marketing team
  • Lead end to end sales process
  • Manage KPI’s
  • Present value propositions to clients
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective marketing documents are produced
  • Analyse market developments in the energy sector

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in the energy sector, particularly energy management and energy services
  • Experience of developing sales strategies in the energy sector
  • Understanding of RFI, RFP, RFQ and ITT
  • Experience of leading commercial & contractual negotiations
  • Ability to present clear messages to clients
  • Ability to lead & inspire a team
