QA Engineer

QA Engineer - Perm - London (Hybrid 3 days per week) - £50,000

La Fosse have partnered with a London-based IT client currently seeking a QA engineer. You will be responsible for quality assurance and processes to ensure that our digital products and services meet the established standards of quality.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the overall quality of our web experiences, ensuring seamless functionality, usability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement QA processes for website development projects, ensuring high-quality digital products.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency (experience in this area is a plus!).
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and project managers.
• Apply your knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to validate website functionality and troubleshoot issues.
• Test and review content management systems (CMS) to ensure seamless content updates and user-friendly experiences.
• Manage and optimize test management software and defect tracking tools such as Confluence and Jira.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in website development quality assurance.
• Some experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and content management workflows.
