IT Business Analyst-Commercial

Role and Responsibilities

Mundipharma is a multi-national pharmaceutical business operating through a network of Independent Associated Companies. The Commercial Omnichannel capabilities is the heart of Sales, Promotion and Marketing activities relying on HCP websites, Marketing Automation Platform, Webinar Platform, Digital Feedback tools. The IT Business Partner is the person who takes accountability for the success of Digital Applications such as those listed above.

The role holder will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and vendor/product teams for project delivery, solution design, and business-as-usual support but also be a critical part of the Commercial-IT Team to support key Commercial applications.

This role will also be responsible for liaison with Commercial stakeholders for day-to-day operations of all Digital Applications, including changes to design and data.

Responsibilities also include management of vendor teams and day-to-day reporting to the Director of IT - Commercial & Scientific Affairs.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day workings of all digital applications, which includes changes to design and integrations.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, manage the backlog, and prioritise tasks to drive efficient product development.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure compliance with standards and with testers to maintain quality.
  • Engage stakeholders to refine and clarify requirements, ensuring they align with both Digital capabilities and broader commercial objectives.
Stakeholder Management
  • Liaison with Global Omnichannel Managers for smooth running of the Digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with Local Marketing Managers in Countries alongside Global Omnichannel Managers.
  • Engage with Data Team to ensure data flows remain intact.
  • Lead discussions with vendor teams and manage relationships with vendors and partners in the Digital space.
Business Analysis/Project Management
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear IT requirements.
  • Engage with delivery teams to propose & deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
What you'll bring
  • Knowledge of Digital platforms and their working.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
  • Management of stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in Digital platform delivery such as Portals, Websites, Marketing Automation, etc. in Pharma Industry.
  • Analyses, diagnoses, designs, plans, executes and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets.
  • Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain outcome-based relationships.
  • Organised and rigorous, with good attention for the details.
  • Able to work autonomously, but at the same time knowing when to escalate and seek support.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
