My client is a leading Real-Estate company committed to delivering high-quality developments that shape communities and drive growth. With a strong track record in land acquisition and planning, we are now looking for a motivated Graduate Land and Planning Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Role:
As a Graduate Land and Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing land opportunities, supporting planning applications, and contributing to the delivery of strategic projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for property development, urban planning, or land acquisition to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying and evaluating potential land opportunities for residential and commercial development.
2. Support the preparation of planning applications and liaise with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of development sites.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A degree in Town Planning, Real Estate, Geography, Land Management, or a related discipline.
2. Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
