This role within the Services Governance team is to support our Governance and Risk Management functions. As a crucial member of the Governance team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation and compliance of our Technology and Services divisions.

As Governance - Risk Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

1. Collaborating with delivery teams in developing processes to aid in maintaining accreditations, including developing vulnerability identification and risk mitigation strategies in line with Tech and Services objectives.
2. Working with design and delivery teams to maintain Business Intelligence Analysis (BIA) documentation to aid in testing of our critical services.
3. Identifying and progressing risk, opportunities and associated controls for compliance improvement across ISO, Vendor and Partner accreditations.
4. Managing and maintaining information and content regarding policies, frameworks, tools and techniques, to support risk and compliance to be managed in the first line.
5. Facilitating and managing regular internal and external audit activities including the management of follow-up actions for ISO, Vendor and Partner accreditations.
6. Supporting in remediation of actions from audits, assurance reviews or as directed.
7. Contributing to the content and standard responses for bids, tenders and queries for our service offering for Tech & Services.
