Exciting opportunity for an experienced Facade Manager to join a long standing, accomplished Main Contractor at the forefront of the construction industry for over 65 years. This Principal contractor operates across the commercial, residential, student accommodation, mixed use and industrial sector.

The client is looking for a Facade Manager to further strengthen the team for a mixed use, residential and commercial scheme in White City.

The project is well underway with the Facade starting imminently. This is a rain screen cladding, brickwork facade package worth approximately £10million. The project is situated close to TFL and therefore a mast climber will be used.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years experience as a Facade manager with high rise experience.
• Strong background on residential or mixed use developments leading external packages and managing a team of site staff and subcontractors
• You will be responsible for Health & Safety and Quality assurance
• Ability to lead weekly progress meetings and report into the Project Manager
• A motivated, driven individual with the desire to succeed and deliver a successful project within budget and to programme.
• Previous project experience with the use of a mast climber is essential.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
