We are currently looking for a Night Shift Manager to join our busy team in St Ives, Cambridgeshire!

As the Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all production processes, ensuring that the team works efficiently towards exceeding company targets. You will make informed decisions to guarantee on-time delivery of products while meeting rigorous KPIs throughout your shift. Upholding quality standards, monitoring staff, and providing support to departmental managers are integral to this role, alongside analysing data from our systems and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, 6:00 pm – 4:00 am, Monday to Thursday. Every other Monday starts at 3:00 pm for a catch-up with production and departmental managers.

Night Shift Manager Requirements:

1. 5+ years’ experience within the print industry.
2. 5+ years in a team-leading or managerial role, with a proven track record.
3. Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Capability to perform under pressure.
