The Role:

As a credit decisions analyst, you will use YouLend proprietary solutions and guidelines to decision applications and price deals. You will be responsible for ensuring acceptable terms while deciding the size, duration, and price of an application and recommending terms of the deals for KYC and funding checks. Your contributions will include:

• Building and documenting localized guidance and policies for our Credit Decisions team
• Testing and providing feedback for our local Credit Risk models
• Assessing merchants on ability to repay by reviewing credit reports, assessing revenue and payment data, and pricing deals
• Methodical approach and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player / Target-oriented
• Experience working in similar industries and/or roles (Credit Risk, Underwriting, Banking, Finance, Accounting, etc.)

Salary range: £29,000 - £31,000 +5% quarterly bonus (based on performance)
