Join Our Dynamic Team as a Relief Medical Receptionist!

Are you passionate about learning, providing outstanding customer service, and making a real impact? Join our dedicated team of 200+ Radiology Receptionists and become the first point of contact for patients, referrers, and stakeholders!

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM. For the first five weeks, you’ll attend a comprehensive training program at our Hampstead Gardens training centre, where you’ll gain all the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

As a reliever, you’ll travel to different clinics within your region, including City West, Ashford, Glenelg, Western Hospital and Woodville.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
  • Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers
  • Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
  • Finalise billing and other essential support tasks

About You:

  • You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • You have exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first attitude
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are second nature to you
  • A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required)
  • Customer service experience is a must

Training Requirement:
You must be available to attend training at our Hampstead Gardens centre for the first five weeks of your role.
